In the coming months BLA will be concentrating and working from Gyokko and Koto Ryu with a concentration on sword. A great opportunity to see the connection between the schools.

あけましておめでとう! (Happy New Year!) from all of us at Bujinkan Los Angeles!

Classes are back on full schedule (Monday 6:30pm – 8:30pm, Thursday 6:30pm to 8:30pm, Friday 6pm to 7pm and Saturday morning from 10am to 12pm).

The theme of 2012 has been announced by Soke to be 経津, in an extremely compact version it comes down to the theme of 2012 being Ken 刀.
These kanji have many meanings and Soke likes to play with these, so it’s a good idea to meditate and do research on these Kanji throughout the year while studying.

On a financial note, there is now the possibility to pay monthly for your classes.
The monthly mat fee will be $150 for all classes, which really pays off if you go to 2 or more classes a week.
